1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Faro360 platform and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. What the Service is
Faro360 provides a self-assessment that scores a school's counselling program against a maturity framework and generates a report, improvement roadmap, and curated resources. The assessment reflects the information you enter and is intended to support reflection, planning, and preparation for reviews.
3. Not professional, legal, or accreditation advice
The Service is an informational and planning tool. It does not constitute professional counselling, legal, safeguarding, or accreditation advice, and it does not guarantee any accreditation outcome. Accreditation and evaluation decisions rest solely with the relevant bodies. You are responsible for your own professional judgement and for meeting any legal, safeguarding, and regulatory obligations that apply to your school.
4. No student personal data
The Service is designed to measure program maturity, not students. You must not enter student names, case notes, or other student personal data anywhere in the Service, including optional notes fields.
5. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other organisations, or resell the Service without permission.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Paid reports and plans are billed as described at the point of purchase. Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change. Where payments are processed, they are handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details.
7. Intellectual property
The framework, indicator wording, report content, and platform are the property of Faro360. Third-party resources we link to remain the property of their owners; we reference standards and frameworks by alignment only.
8. Third-party links
The Service links to external resources for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a link does not imply endorsement.
9. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faro360 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and the Service over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
