We do not collect student data
The Faro360 audit measures the maturity of a school's counselling program — not individual students. We do not ask for, store, or process student names, case notes, or any student personal information anywhere in this product. Please do not enter such information in the optional notes fields.
What we do collect
We collect the account information you provide (your email and your school's name, type, region, and enrolment band) and the audit answers you enter, so we can generate your report and track progress over time. We use a secure, industry-standard platform to store this data and process payments.
Your control
You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Anonymised, aggregated figures may be used for peer benchmarking, but never in a way that identifies an individual school without consent.
Faro360 is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISCA or ASCA. Their models and standards remain the property of their respective owners.
